Customer FAQ 2: Why should I care about Rhuckus?
Rhuckus Response: If you love vintage, sustainability, lovely homes, and DEI, then we’re right there with you. Browse our catalog or contact us - we’re constantly sourcing new items. (And if you don’t love any of those things, you are always welcome to browse but we probably don’t have much you’d care about, so no hard feelings if you choose to move on.)
Customer FAQ 3: Are the images on your site generic or do you share images of the specific items for sale?
Rhuckus Response: Every product image on our site shows *only* the specific item you are purchasing. In our product listing Rhuckus *only* posts actual images of specific items, we do not post generic images. On other parts of our site (e.g., our front page) we may include different kinds of images for web design, performance, and accessibility purposes.
Customer FAQ 4: Are the product listing images on your site ever altered?
Rhuckus Response: Every image on our site shows the specific item you are purchasing. Rhuckus only posts actual images our team takes. We do use image software to remove backgrounds, adjust lighting, etc. We try to post multiple images, and use RBG to ensure color accuracy. That said, we know color is important! Color is also perceived very differently by different people, and can be affected by settings on our site as well as on your device. So please contact us for more information and we will happily provide anything we can to assist you. Our goal is to ensure you receive exactly the item you expect and want!

Customer FAQ 100: Are TL wooden bowls foodsafe?
Rhuckus Response: Our wooden bowls are intended to be decorative and so are *not* food-safe. Most bowls are finished with either tung oil (extracted from nuts) or beeswax, however due to nature of woodworking any bowl may have allergens present. In addition, many TL bowls also have additional inlaid wood, ceramic, or other design materials that are not food-safe. Some people may choose to separately purchase reusable food-safe bowl liners.
Customer FAQ 101: How do I clean TL wooden bowls?
Rhuckus Response: To maintain the decorative beauty of each TL bowl, we recommend simply wiping down with damp cloths as needed.
Customer FAQ 102: What makes “TL” bowls special?
Rhuckus Response: "TL" Bowls are a limited series of handcrafted decorative wood bowls. Each "TL" bowl is completely unique, and each is catalogued and numbered. A single craftsman made each one by one by hand, from naturally fallen trees on his own land in the New Hampshire forest. This practice ensured that no living tree was harmed, maintaining the ecological balance and supporting the natural lifecycle of the forest. There are only 472 "TL" bowls currently available for purchase, out of a total of 600 created. No more "TL" bowls will ever be made. Each bowl has a limited series catalog number, and a nickname given by the craftsman or by his wife or children. You can read more about TL bowls here!
Customer FAQ 103: What’s “TL” stand for?
Rhuckus Response: Can you keep a secret? Us too! The artisan who made the bowls nicknamed each bowl, and “TL” was his nickname for the entire collection, it’s meaning known only to family and friends.
